Below is an article I submitted for the "Journal of the Texas Trophy Hunters" magazine a couple months ago. It is featured on page 199 of the Nov/Dec 2015 edition. It is focused on my great grandfather, Erskine Rhodes, who lived in Carrizo Springs, TX, in Dimmit County. While I have been published before in many books/articles about my work with Native American Indians and Indigenous People, worldwide, this is a very special moment for me, as I get to share some stories and facts about my own ancestors.
