Otis Technology's WingShooter Cleaning Systems -  Review

The first thing I enjoyed about the WingShooter Cleaning System was how compact and lightweight the entire system is. The fact that I can attach the whole thing to my belt, and use it to clean multiple shotguns, in a quick and easy manner, is beyond incredible. All the other cleaning systems I've owned come in big, bulky boxes. Well, they can collect dust in my garage from now on, because this is the only system I will ever need to clean all of my shotguns in the field, or at home.

I got my system in the mail this morning, and I immediately grabbed my shotguns out of the safe and got them ready for Dove Season, which opens on Sunday. The WingShooter System is specifically designed to clean 12, 20 and 28 gauge shotguns. I have a 12 gauge pump, a 12 gauge semi, and a 20 gauge pump. I cleaned them in record time, and I seriously don't recall them ever getting this clean with any of the old cleaning systems I used in the past. My buddy is bringing out his 28 gauge for my to try, and we're going to clean his Saturday night before we knock down some birds! He's going to love it too!

The 12 gauge semi shotgun is a stubborn shotgun to say the least, and it needs to be cleaned after almost each day or dove or duck hunting, or it will start jamming on me. Cleaning it was such a chore, but not anymore! I never took my old cleaning system in the field with me - it was too bulky and was just a pain - and the rods that it came with were fairly weak, and I always felt it would break when I was pulling through the bore. The Memory-Flex cable that comes with the WingShooter Cleaning System eliminates the need for using rods anymore. Using rod based cleaning systems means you have to have a case big enough to hold the rods (the biggest part of any other cleaning systems). The Memory-Flex cable takes up barely any space, as it coils up and fits into the compact case. Any it's so much stronger than the rods systems!

This system comes with a rubberized patch saver, which is designed to get a full 360 degree cleaning of the barrel. It works wonders! My shotguns have never been this clean before! And last but not least, it comes with a removal tool in case you ever have any shells that get jammed up in your shotgun. I'm still scratching my head in how they can fit all this in a case that fits in the palm of my hand! It will be on my beltloop all season, I can guarantee you that!

Let's face it, cleaning our guns during hunting weekends isn't always the first thing you think of doing, or want to do, after a day of knocking down birds. But we also know that a cleaner gun performs better, and when you get your WingShooter Cleaning System, and see how versatile, easy to use, how reliable it is, and how compact and easy to carry it all is...I bet you will have a cleaner rifle at the end of each night of shooting!

The final result is: Otis Technology has done it again - they've made a user-friendly product that is extremely durable, easy to use, long lasting, and it has multiple uses for various shotguns. I know what my friends are getting for their birthdays and Christmas presents! Get your today and you'll see, this is the ONLY cleaning systems you will ever need for all your shotguns!
